Do you offer options for non-coffee drinkers at events?
Yes, we offer a selection of premium teas, making sure every guest has something delightful to sip, whether they prefer coffee or not.
Is alternative milk available?
Yes, we provide soy and oat milk as dairy-free options.
Do you provide ice for the coffee cart?
Yes, ice can be provided for an additional charge of $50+ for up to 1 hour.
Do you offer custom branding or logos for the cups and coffee cart?
Yes, we can customize logo stickers for the cups and a branded board for the coffee cart, available for an additional fee. Please provide the design, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What are the requirements for a live coffee cart station?
Here’s what we need for the live coffee cart setup:
• Minimum space of 1.5m x 1.5m
• 1 power outlet (13 amp) within 2 meters of the coffee cart, with a 3-pin plug socket
• Access to a water source (if available)
Please inform us in advance if the event location is not lift-accessible.
How can I book your coffee services, and what is the lead time?
To book our services, simply send your enquiry via WhatsApp at 8299 7365 (messages only) or email us at tras@baristartcoffee.sg. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure availability.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance to be settle before the event day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card payments. Note: Merchant charges may apply for credit card payments.
